Enhanced our stay. The location was perfect for visiting local attractions. The lack of Wi-Fi in our room was disappointing, made planning our sightseeing a bit challenging.

Extensive breakfast with croissants and an espresso or cappucino which was fine, as example in the bar. Nice area, very central location adjacent to a beautiful square, the Church where the nightly Puccini concerts are held, and a superb restaurant next door👍

We stayed in a good sized and newly renovated room that had central heating, iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card.

Getting ready for my dream wedding was magical. The location was stunning, and the staff went out of their way to. The service was great, and I felt well taken care of. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Lucca!

1t had an old world feel. there were 8 of us together & the rooms were all different. we enjoyed it. very central. the dust removal in our bedroom was poor.

All you need for one night in Lucca. I had a GOOD breakfast and it had plenty of food. Hotspot internet was provided and was essential.

Spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a huge, firm bed.

Noisy drilling sounds from above started early in the morning.

The location is prime, just steps away from bustling attractions. Our Aria Junior Suite had a bath, air conditioning, and a minibar. The fitness center was a nice touch for staying active. Breakfast on the lovely outdoor seating was nice, offering fresh pastries and fruit. Historic charm really adds to the vibe.

Free Internet access very useful; delicious breakfast; comfortable room. Lovely decor- very pretty. Amazingly convenient for Lucca.

Breakfast selection could use improvement for seniors' dietary needs.

Location. Breakfast was more than plentiful and was varied. Mini bar/fridge in room. TV. Towels changed every day. Plenty of heating and hot water. Big bathroom/toiletries provided. Excellent value for money. Don't be put off by the old decor/carpet in hallways etc - kind of quirky.

This location is perfect. It is inside the City walls, within easy walking distance of the railway station for trains to Pisa, Viareggio, Florence and the Serchio Valley. It is ideally located for all features within the City, again easily reached on foot. The hotel is historic (built around 1500) and graceful, and quirky. There is also an interesting library on the ground floor, including historical and art books. The staff are excellent.

The hotel is a little dated, and not all the rooms are spacious, but this does not detract its attraction. I think that a modest expenditure on brightening up the decor in the ground floor public rooms would be money well spent.

Arrived too early for check-in, but no problem about leaving luggage.
